Hot Springs National Park – A Great Vacation and Travel Destination

Are you planning a trip to Arkansas? If so, you will not want to miss the Hot Springs National Park! This park is truly worth a visit because of the great hot springs you can enjoy and relax in. Eight bathhouses have been restored at the park. You can test the hot springs in these bathhouses. These include Buckstaff, Ozark, Quapa, Maurice, Fordyce, Superior, and Hale. There are also two hotels, the Majestic and Arlington, where hot spring baths may be taken, too.

The Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas is the first area to be federally protected in our nation’s history. The park has thermal water that reaches 147°, which is pretty hot! When you aren’t hanging out in a thermal pool relaxing and melting the stress away then you will enjoy walking through town and seeing the amazing architecture and learning a little more about the history of the area. If you enjoy hiking then you may want to take a day to explore the Ouachita Mountains. Or, take your time to visit the Visitor’s Center and the historical Fordyce Bathhouse.

Going on vacations sans the parents has become something very regular now. Adolescents and teens flock together to the hit the roads/go for trips to exotic destinations with their peers. These phone cards also prove to be economical, as you have restrictions on the minutes you could use, rather than those skyrocketing mobile phone bills.
